Software - includes Teo and OneScreen applications and all versions available for use. Versions may include, but not be limited to, applications made for PC, Mac, Mobile, VR devices, AR devices and XR devices.
User Content - includes, but is not limited to, a user’s comments, written, verbal and visual interaction and chat with other users, uploaded images, videos, photos, posts, user generated content, user created files and user’s avatar.
Fees and Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment:
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access the Software or additional content for use in the Software. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made for the Software. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill through you through an online billing account for purchases made for the Software. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges and fees at the prices in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provide for such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. During an active subscription, your recurring charges will occur on the same day of the month you first subscribed on.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed for the Software.
We reserve the right to modify recurring pricing and pricing models at any time, without prior notice.
All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking My Account and then Subscriptions. Click Edit on your active subscription to make changes to your credit card or to cancel. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. After cancellation, you may still have active days remaining before your current subscription ends. There are no refunds for any unused portion of a paid subscription. Parts of this Software offers users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Software. Acadental, Inc. does not filter, edit, publish or review User Content before their presence on the Software. User Content does not reflect the views and opinions of Acadental, Inc., its agents, and/or affiliates. User Content reflects the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
Acadental, Inc. reserves the right to immediately remove users who violate these terms, without refund of prepaid services.

You hereby grant Acadental, Inc. a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your User Content in any and all forms, formats, or media.
We shall not be held responsible for any User Content that appears on our Software. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on our Software. No User Content should appear on our Software that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.

If you find any User Content on our Software that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any time. We will consider requests to remove User Content, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this Software is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the Software remains available or that the material on the Software is kept up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Software and the use of this Software. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
